Naming Ceremonies
A Naming Ceremony is a perfect way to introduce, and celebrate the newest addition to your family whether through birth, fostering, adoption, or the welcoming of new step children. A naming ceremony is a very special way to show your union as a family, and the love and commitment you have for each other.
Traditionally, babies have been baptised or christened, however today many parents feel that they do not want a traditional service for their own personal reasons. Choosing a celebrant offers a beautiful alternative, giving you a chance to openly welcome your child and affirm your love and commitment to them, whilst surrounded by a loving circle of family and friends.
During the ceremony you will have the opportunity to share your story about the name you have chosen, and perhaps introduce special supporting adults or guardians that will help you raise and guide your child through their journey of life.

A Vow Renewal or Commitment Ceremony can mean different things to different people. For many, it's to provide a ceremony of spoken promises, where a couple recite words to each other, before witnesses. But, what is really important is that your ceremony is a true reflection and a celebration of your journey together.
Making your ceremony about the both of you is so important to me, and this is my commitment to you.
A Renewal of Vows Ceremony is available for any couple, and at any point during their married life. They differ from weddings as there are no legalities involved in renewing your vows.
Commitment ceremonies are simply a symbolic ceremony designed to celebrate your unique love or the committing of your hearts, without the legalities.
